It is widely used in PSA gas separation industries such as methanol cracking hydrogen production, alcohol drying, vinyl chloride concentration and recovery, polysilicon tail gas recovery, nitrogen production, oxygen production, and carbon dioxide recovery. The program control valve is the key equipment of PSA device, and an important part for successful completion of PSA processes and reliable operation of the system. The main processes of PSA include adsorption, pressure equalizing, forward release, reverse release, flushing, etc. Each process is completed by opening and closing the program control valve at a certain time.
