Methanation catalyst:

The methanation catalyst is supported on aluminum oxide, containing nickel active components and promoters. The catalyst has excellent compressive and wear resistance, excellent low-temperature reactivity and excellent thermal stability. The service life of this agent is 30% longer than that of similar products, and can reach more than 5 years. The catalyst is in pre reduced state. It can also be made into oxidized state.

Application: mainly used for hydrogenation of hydrogen nitrogen in ammonia synthesis or a small amount of carbon oxides in hydrogen rich gas to methane.
