Introduction to LNG technology:

Liquefied natural gas (LNG) is colorless, tasteless, non-toxic and non corrosive, and is an important part of the natural gas processing industry. It mainly includes five systems of natural gas pretreatment, liquefaction, storage, transportation and utilization. The general production process is as follows: after the natural gas containing more than 90% methane is purified by dehydration, heavy hydrocarbon removal, acid gas removal, CO2 removal, etc., various * * liquefaction refrigeration processes are adopted to make the methane under normal pressure become liquid at - 162 ℃, its volume is only 1/625 of the original gaseous state, and its weight is only 45% of the same body of water. It is * * industrial and civil fuel. It turns into LNG and enters the storage tank. Then it is loaded and transported to downstream users.

At present, mixed refrigerant liquefaction technology is widely used in newly-built natural gas liquefaction units, and single-stage mixed refrigerant and mixed refrigerant refrigeration process with C3 precooling are widely used.

Technical features of single-stage mixed refrigerant refrigeration liquefaction process:

1. Simple process, skid mounted modular structure, convenient installation and transportation, and convenient on-site assembly.

2. Technically, the requirements for refrigerant ratio are not strict.

The cold box is simple in structure, fully welded internally, without leakage points, and requires no maintenance.
